Approximately 900 acres in seven parcels, conventional corn and soybeans, no till, cover crops, transition to organic production alfalfa/hay, has tenant grazing row crops, solar cattle water station, ponds, prairie reconstruction, oxbow restoration, tree and shrub planting CRP, EQIP, Iowa DNR contracts for forest management, Timber Stand Improvement and Savanna oak restoration with prescribed fire.
