420 acres; on 20 acres: wetlands, woods, vegetables, a donkey, sheep, ponies, hogs, goats, ducks, chickens, dogs and cats; 400 acres in Nicollet, MN owned by her father in conventional corn and soybeans; Veronica farms some of the cropped land, will make more conservation changes as father retires.

Of note: Veronica is working on a doctorate in educational leadership. She and her husband harvest animals on their land for a more humane death.
